Elisha Tawe
Trippin's Black Culture Editor, London
Elisha Tawe is an audiovisual artist, co-founder of GRAY417c and Black Culture Editor at Trippin. His work attempts to interrogate the ways in which several disenfranchised groups and subcultures have and continue to be portrayed across various forms of media. Through this process he has embarked on several journeys, creating pieces of art that pull from the long and storied histories of African people and their diaspora, attempting to re-imagine the positionality of Blackness in art and media. He is currently based in London, UK.
