One Parisian chef making waves within the culinary arts is Diadié Diombana, the head chef of Freddy’s Kitchen. His ethos of combining an audience-focused approach with innovation has seen him previously land the role of Madonna’s live-in chef for a six-month period. To stay inspired, he likes to immerse himself in various cultures. His modern blends of flavours sees him pull flavours from his Malian heritage, as well as South Asian influences to create something distinctly new and fresh. Via Freddy’s Kitchen, he’s sold out takeovers of notable Parisian restaurants and through his work, he’s spread his creations across over 30 different eateries.
