Hinge Trippin Assemble

Trippin x Hinge Present: Assemble

The day is divided into two sessions: morning (10am–2pm) and afternoon (2pm–7pm). Some sessions will be open for drop-ins, while other workshops have limited spots and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Whichever session you choose, you’re welcome to arrive early or hang around after.

Both sessions are now sold out! Walk-ins are welcome on the day, but space is limited and ticket holders will have priority access to the workshops. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop on future events!

Slow down and tune in with a somatic workshop led by A Safe Space Mentor, a nonprofit committed to authentic self-expression. Add ‘somatic’ to your vocabulary, and leave feeling calm and connected.

Co/Create with Work in Progress

10:00 - 17:00 [Open Session]

A creative collective anchored by collaboration, Work In Progress brings some of that collaborative spirit to Assemble. Over the course of the day you’ll be contributing to communal artworks, working across different mediums from clay to collage. They’ll provide the theme, and you’ll create something — literally, anything — Spoiler: it’s more about the process than the final piece, so just have fun and see what comes of it.

Chess Freeplay Pawn Chess Club

10:00 - 16:00 [Open Session]

Always wanted to play chess but had no idea where, or how to start? Pawn Chess Club was thought-up by designers Simone and Isabel, after noticing the lack of inclusive chess spaces in NYC. They’ll be hosting free play chess throughout the day for players of all levels. Chess makes a surprisingly good spectator sport too for those who prefer to ease into the game from the sidelines.

Field Day with No Routine

10:00 - 15:00 [Open Session]

No Routine is a collective known for bringing fun activities into New York City as an antidote to city life. They will be turning The Nursery into a playground to shake off some of the seriousness that comes with adulting and deliver a serious serving of childhood nostalgia. Rediscover the joy of playing games with friends old and new. You’ll move, but you won’t sweat.
