Creative and DJ, Casablanca

Born and raised in the infamous city of Casablanca, MARO is a genre-fluid DJ blending House, Techno, Breakbeat, and Electro Funk with infectious energy. A driving force in Morocco’s creative scene, he co-founded the collective DISS-RUPT, the hybrid festival SOME OF US, and the art residency LOST{INTRANCE}LATION, while contributing to UTOPIA.

Through these projects, he shapes the country’s underground culture, pushing sonic and artistic boundaries with relentless passion.
