Growing up, Kibo didn't know what he had to talk about. He wasn't from the grime soaked streets of Bow. He couldn't tap into the punk heart of Camden, or the reggae heart of Brixton. Nah, Kibo's from Harrow - a place like many city suburbs, doesn't have all that much to offer.

Thankfully, Kibo's mind is built differently: it races with seemingly infinite imaginative power. With restless creativity, he upended the common resignation about the mundanity of the grey London outskirts, turning his homeground into somewhere mythical, magical. His lyricism and style continually contemplates a desire to get somewhere better, but rather than escaping his surroundings, he transforms them in his mind. In the booth with Ethan, he talks about the beautiful of the sticks - and how his self-penned philosophy of kwengletarianism is able to bring happiness no matter where you're from.
