Bali's Spiritual and Wellness Side with Nindy and Kinez
Kinez Riza and Nindy NotoFor those who are looking to connect to Bali's deep spiritual side and immerse themselves in the traditional wellness practices and rituals from the island, this is the guide for you. It can be difficult to escape the crowds of tourists which populate Ubud and southern Bali, so we swerve off the beaten track and explore the island’s more hidden ancient temples and historic village sites in a guide curated by Bali locals Kinez and Nindy.
Kinez Riza is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Bali, Indonesia. Native to the island her work explores representations of reality and identity in correlation to Nature, Time, and the Sublime, often embedding evocative objects and artefacts.
Nindy Noto is a music, arts and cultural events producer which take place all over Indonesia and has a focus on celebrating and helping to preserve indigenous Indonesian culture. Nindy is also part of Sonic Selections radio, a sound branding and music curation service.
We'd like to thank our friends at Flabbergast Club from the creative Balinese community for curating our guides on the island. You can help support local creatives with Big Bali Bags, proceeds from all bag sales go back to the Balinese community here.
