Having grown up in Brighton has given her the ability to see the food scene in the beachside town develop and evolve over time, "Brighton has a really amazing food scene and it’s grown so much over last 5 years. I feel like Brighton always had good quirky, wholesome food spots but over the years it’s grown a real fine-dining scene and there’s a lot of independent chefs getting great residencies around the city."
