Brighton-based musician Elli Ingram has a huge passion for food -- to the extent that she has an Instagram page dedicated to her favourite places to eat and the meals she makes!
Having grown up in Brighton has given her the ability to see the food scene in the beachside town develop and evolve over time, "Brighton has a really amazing food scene and it’s grown so much over last 5 years. I feel like Brighton always had good quirky, wholesome food spots but over the years it’s grown a real fine-dining scene and there’s a lot of independent chefs getting great residencies around the city."

“I’m a street food kind of girl but from time to time it’s lovely to go for a fancy meal and The Flint House delivers on flavours and luxury. They serve small plates so you need to get a few but I enjoy that because it means you get a taste of everything.”
