American-born, Auckland-based actor would describe New Zealand as a "humble, silent, uncut gem." He moved to the island and fell in love with the people, natural environment and rich heritage. "The surf here is incredible, I regularly visit Bethells Beach in the Black Sand beach’s of the West Coast just outside of Auckland City. The fact their are more sheep than people population wise, immaculate dairy, gorgeous glaciers, delicious coffee known as “flat whites” kinda of makes it a unique place. Auckland itself is surrounded by 50 capped off Volcanoes that could bring about a Gnarly preview of what Armageddon should look like but instead myself and locals tend to just appreciate the scenic view rather than Hollywood inspired biblical fears." - Kelvin
